The Technical Sales Manager role is based in South Jakarta and focuses on pre-sales, solution design, and technical sales activities for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Medium Voltage Drives (MV Drives). This role is ideal for an electrical product sales professional who can understand customer requirements, prepare tailored technical solutions, and support tendering and bidding processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities for UPS or MV Drives solutions
- Analyse client needs and design tailored technical solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and costing
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Support tendering and bidding processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solution Engineering
- Experience in leading or supervising team members and ability to work independently
- Proven experience in UPS and/or MV Drives solutions
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
