Provide assistance during material trial technically with the printing machines.
Identifying potential issues within the process (feeding & running stability , printability & ink, cracking on folding, bonding, die cutting performance, warping & curl).
Giving recommendation on technical matters related to grain direction, moisture & storage, Ink compatibility, and finishing process.
Provide sample analysis before and after productions.
Giving technical report after trial and customer visits.
Handling quality complaint within the SLA and investigate (corrective and preventive action) accordingly to the customer site.
Manage the quality complaint by collecting data of the production and do defect analysis.
Coordinate with internal QA team and for root cause analysis and make sure to handle the complaint until the customer is satisfied.
Able to propose for improvement specifications according to the market needs/ brand owners.
Identifying gaps between the product specification and customer needs on their printing process.
Giving technical education for printing and brand owners.
Creating guidelines for the customer on the product that they used.
Coordinate with Sales team and any related department in the product segment internally.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or any related major to manufacturing or pulp and paper.
Minimum working experience of 15 years with leadership capability.
Have similar experience in pulp and paper industry especially in duplex product.
Good communications in English and presentation.
Good with data analysis and creating report.
Good logic in assisting the customers with their issue.
Able to do business travelling for the customer's needs.
