Technical Sales (Health & Hygine)

Pharmacy or Apothecary graduate with 1+ years R&D experience in pharma, fresh graduates welcome, seeking Surabaya-based role to drive Healthcare & Hygiene Sector sales through sales planning execution, CRM data input, new customer acquisition, opportunity identification, customer relationship building, lead follow-up, sales forecasting, complaint handling, and coordination with delivery and credit control teams. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, target-oriented, able to work under pressure independently or in a team, holds A Driving Licence, non-smoker.

Responsibilities

1. Implement and execute Sales Planning to increase sales in the Healthcare and Hygiene Sector

2. Follow up on sales plans and product development periodically and input data into the CRM system.

3. Regularly seek new target customers to expand sales areas, identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.

4. Build good relationships with customers.

5. Follow up on requests from existing customers and leads.

6. Create and collect sales forecasts periodically, handling complaints and coordinating with the delivery team and credit control. 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Apothecary.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in R&D related to the pharmaceutical industry. Fresh graduates are welcome. 

3. Good communication skills, able to work in a team, and have strong analytical thinking.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Be able to work under pressure and be target-oriented.

6. Having A Driving Licence or being able to provide A Driving Licence, No smoking.

7. Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
