Technical Sales Engineer

Prefer Having Architecture/Construction Related Engineering background

Job Description

Responsibility

-Source new sales opportunities for the Indonesia market through the callings, emails and follow-up

-Responsible for revenue generation to achieve sales targets.

-Identify, build, expand, and secure new business opportunities.

-Conduct sales presentations, proposals, negotiations, and sales quotation preparation with Indonesia potential clients

-Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Qualification

-Prefer Bahasa Indonesia and English speaking, bachelor's degree in civil engineering/architecture/ Structural / Construction/ Land Surveying or equivalent.

-(1-2 years working experiences- Junior Level) 3 years and above of working experience in AEC industry -Senior Level)

-Some sales experience, sales experience should include cold calls or walk-in visits.

-Knowledge of technical design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling software, SolidWorks,

-Possessing working experience as being drafter will be an added advantage.

-Experience conducting technical training for the internal team will be an added advantage.

-Aggressive, sales-oriented, self-starter, good planner, good problem-solving skill, fast leaner, multi-tasking, energetic and able to work in fast-paced environment.

-Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

-Good oral and written communications skills

-Proficient & good command of English & Bahasa Indonesia (speak and read)

-Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-In the future, if the work performance is outstanding, may have a chance to transfer to Singapore, but there is no guarantee.

-Possess own transport. (Can drive motorcycle and with own motorcycle)

-Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
