Technical Sales Engineer (Textile Chemicals)

* Visit customers to promote textile chemical products and provide on-site technical application support.

* Understand customers production processes and recommend suitable product application solutions.

* Conduct product trials, application testing, and technical demonstrations to support business development.

* Collect market intelligence, customer requirements, and industry trends, then provide recommendations to improve products and business strategies.

* Investigate and resolve technical issues and customer complaints by providing effective solutions.

* Work closely with the sales and technical teams to achieve business objectives and strengthen customer relationships.

* Prepare technical reports, customer visit reports, and application feedback.

* Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Dyeing & Finishing, Textile Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in textile dyeing & finishing, textile auxiliary chemicals, or specialty chemicals.

* Strong knowledge of textile printing, dyeing, finishing processes, and textile chemical applications.

* Experience providing technical service, application support, or technical sales to textile manufacturing customers.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

* Customer-oriented with a willingness to participate in business development and sales activities.

* Willing to travel frequently for customer visits.
