Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.00).
  • Min. 5-10 years of working experience in the same field.
  • Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating, and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) processes
  • Solid understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and CAPEX project management for modification projects.
  • Have knowledge of product formulation, product design and feasibility testing, including testing and scale-up processes
  • Proficient in technical and engineering design software
  • Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.

Responsibilities

  • Leading corporate innovation by creating new products and developing technologies
  • Improving the efficiency of existing products
  • Bridging scientific research and practical implementation to maintain business competitiveness in the market
