- Started career in Software/Application Development.
- Progressed through a Technical Lead/Team Lead role before moving into Project Management.
- Managed 3–4 or more application development projects end-to-end.
- PMP certification – Mandatory.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and application development lifecycle.
