Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

The Technical Project Manager will be based in Batam reporting to Engineering Manager, the TPM role involves in managing Transfer Product Project to meet projects deliverables and secure seamless handover to line organization

Responsibilities:

To carry out effectively and efficiently all tasks and activities assigned to this position.
Continuously develop the competence to improve the quality and efficiency for the project management work.
Follow up policies, procedures as well as company standard in daily work.

Main Task

To prepare/collect/distribute related project documentation according to process
To regularly report TPI Project status, highlight issues, escalation high risks
Coordinate Production Readiness for TPI product and line qualification
Deliver Producibility report, drive RCCA for test runs
Closely work with lead site TPM to Secure on time delivery according to project plan with good quality
Secure project deliverables seamless to line organization.
Contribute to process establishment and optimization.

Qualifications:
