Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute strategic technology initiatives across the company. The primary focus of this role is to manage Security Operations initiatives and operations, ensuring that Vidio's infrastructure and development processes remain secure and compliant with high security standards.
The ideal candidate is an adaptive project leader—someone capable of driving current cybersecurity agendas while possessing the enthusiasm and capability to lead other cross-functional projects (such as product development, infrastructure, or process transformation) as organizational needs evolve.
Responsibilities
- Security Infrastructure & Operations Management
- Manage end-to-end security protection integration, including:
- Enforcement of endpoint security policies (EDR/MDM) for employee work devices.
- Implementation and monitoring of SIEM platforms to proactively detect and mitigate cyber threats.
Project Management & Security Initiatives
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles (planning, execution, monitoring, and closing).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope, goals, and success metrics of security initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules for corporate security projects.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management or software development.
- Technical Skills (Hard Skills)Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira/Asana).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with information security principles (SIEM, ISO 27001) is a significant plus.
Non-Technical Skills (Soft Skills)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written (able to explain technical security concepts to non-technical audiences).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure during security incidents.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a dynamic team.
