Technical Product – IT Security
Job Description
- Act as the primary technical support for IT Security products and solutions.
- Analyze customer security requirements and assist in designing appropriate solutions.
- Support the channel team in technical presales activities (technical discussions, product demos, and Proof of Concept).
- Prepare technical documents such as proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), and Scope of Work (SoW).
- Coordinate with principals/vendors regarding product specifications and updates.
- Provide technical handover to the implementation team.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Security, Presales, or System Engineering.
- Basic understanding of:
- Network Security
- Firewall & VPN
- Endpoint Security
- Basic Security Architecture
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Security certifications are a plus.
