Technical Product Manager
PT Finetiks Inovasi Indonesia is looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) who is much more than a traditional PM. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the technical success, timeline management, and partnership integration of our core products.
What You Will Do: 1. Technical Product Strategy & Architecture Bridge- Act as the primary technical liaison, bridging the Product vision and Engineering reality.
- Deeply understand system architecture, data flow, and APIs to inform design decisions.
- Define non-functional requirements and actively identify technical risks, system impacts, and scalability needs.
- Strong design experience with user oriented mindset.
- Crucially: Design robust error handling strategies, including managing error codes, user-facing error messages, and async/sync system communication.
2. Agile & Project Management Leadership- Lead Scrum: Serve as the hands-on Scrum Master, driving sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for the engineering team.
- Own the Timeline: Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones and managing dependencies across teams.
3. Design & UX Acumen- Bring working knowledge of design principles to the product requirements process.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams, providing critical technical feedback on prototypes and wireframes to ensure feasibility and optimal user experience.
4. Technical Partnership & Integration- Spearhead the technical integration and operational setup with our strategic sales channel partners.
- Act as the technical face of Finetiks to partners, translating external needs into clear, actionable engineering requirements.
Qualifications- 5 years of experience in a deeply technical role.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical foundation and the ability to articulate complex concepts (APIs, distributed systems, microservices) to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Experience in FinTech
- Strong knowledge of Figma
