Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Presales professional, based in West Java, Indonesia. The role involves providing technical support during the presales process, collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs, and delivering tailored technology solutions. The Technical Presales professional will also assist in project management, oversee system integrations, and ensure seamless implementation of IT solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Presales skills for understanding and addressing client requirements
- Proficiency in Sales and Project Management to collaborate effectively and manage client projects
- Knowledge of system Integration processes to ensure seamless IT solution implementation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work on-site in West Java and willingness to adapt to dynamic project requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Prior experience in a technical presales or similar role is a plus
