Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions, including UPS, battery, cooling, rack, PDU, busway, monitoring, and data center infrastructure.
  • Prepare technical proposals, product selections, system configurations, compliance statements, BOM/BOQ, and solution diagrams.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, technical workshops, and partner training.
  • Support partners in preparing tenders, quotations, and technical submissions.
  • Review specifications and identify technical gaps, risks, deviations, and value-engineering opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales, product management, service teams, factories, and regional technical teams.
  • Support proof of concept, site surveys, solution validation, and customer technical clarification meetings.
  • Develop standardized channel solution packages, proposal templates, and technical sales tools.
  • Maintain product knowledge, competitor comparisons, certifications, and market-technology updates.
  • Track presales activities, project opportunities, technical conversion rates, and partner enablement progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of presales or solution-engineering experience in UPS, data center, power, cooling, or ICT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, UPS and battery sizing, power distribution, cooling, and data center architecture.
  • Experience working with distributors, system integrators, resellers, consultants, and end users.
  • Able to prepare technical proposals, BOM/BOQ, compliance documents, and solution presentations.
  • Good communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willing to travel for customer visits, site surveys, and partner activities.

Why join us

  • Join one of the world's leading providers of power management, energy-efficient, and thermal management solutions.
