Technical Operation Center

Responsibilities :

• Monitor system, application, and transaction performance.
• Identify and respond to incidents and service disruptions.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure system availability and operational stability.
• Maintain incident logs and operational reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of systems, networks, databases, and application monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work in shifts and support 24/7 operations.
• Experience with monitoring tools is a plus.
