Job Description
- Support rental preparation and market penetration through cost estimates, customer support initiatives, delivery scheduling, supplier coordination, and final equipment inspections.
- Monitor rental operations, contract compliance, preventive maintenance, and repairs; coordinate warranty and insurance claims, improve cost efficiency, and provide technical support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct equipment inspections and appraisals for marketplace listings, recommend business improvements, and provide technical guidance for marketplace implementation and development.
- Verify vendor repair estimates and completed work, conduct post-repair testing and regular equipment yard inspections, and prepare repair and equipment condition reports.
- Manage equipment handover documentation and asset movements, conduct physical inventory checks, and monitor spare parts usage.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in handling heavy equipment.
- Possess a good understanding of heavy equipment, including unit utilization, maintenance, asset condition, and equipment lifecycle management.
