Technical Mining Support Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of experience at a nickel mining site.
• Good understanding of mining operations, reclamation, watershed rehabilitation, mining databases, and licensing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct Plan vs. Actual analysis and identify key gaps.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, subsidiaries, and relevant stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with mining-related software.

Job Description

• Manage and monitor reclamation activities of PT Dua Delapan Resources Subsidiary and coordinate management support as required.
• Manage and monitor Watershed Rehabilitation (DAS) activities of PT Dua Delapan Resources Subsidiary and coordinate management support as required.
• Develop and manage the Database/Data Bank of PT Dua Delapan Resources Subsidiary, ensuring data accuracy, validity, and up-to-date information.
• Conduct reconciliation of overall Plan vs. Actual performance and ensure appropriate follow-up on identified gaps or deviations.
• Ensure the completeness and compliance of technical mining documents, including RPT, RIPPM, RR, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies regarding document evaluation, regulatory requirements, and mining licensing processes.
• Prepare management reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.
