Job Description:
1. Conduct detailed inspections of pre-owned smartphones collected through Kitar's operations.
2. Test key device functions, including the screen, battery, camera, Face ID/Touch ID, speakers, microphones, charging, network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
3. Record inspection results and identify any overlooked issues.
Assist technicians with diagnostics, device disassembly, basic repairs, and reassembly.
4. Conduct quality checks before devices are listed for sale.
5. Learn and apply basic repair techniques, including battery and screen replacement, as well as minor component repairs.
6. Develop advanced technical skills and take on more specialized repair responsibilities over time.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. Basic English proficiency is preferred.
3. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
4. Strong interest in smartphones, electronics, diagnostics, or repair.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
6. Comfortable with hands-on technical work and following standard procedures.
7. Experience in phone repair, electronics repair, device testing, soldering, or related technical work is a plus.
