Monroe Consulting Group is working with a leading manufacturing company specializing in polyurethane foam solutions to find a strong technical talent for an R&D & QA/QC Lead role.
This position is ideal for a hands-on polyurethane expert with strong exposure in foam formulation, compound development, raw material evaluation, end-product testing, QA/QC, production trial, and technical troubleshooting. This is based in Cikupa, Tangerang.
Key Responsibilities
- :Lead polyurethane foam development trials from lab scale, sample scale, to production scale
- .Handle formulation experiments, material testing, reaction parameter checks, and product performance evaluation
- .Oversee QA/QC activities covering raw materials, in-process quality, and finished goods
- .Work closely with production teams on SOP improvement, process adjustment, troubleshooting, and mass production readiness
- .Support customer feedback, new development requests, innovation, and cost-efficiency initiatives
- .Lead and supervise a small technical team
.Requirements
- :Minimum 10 years of experience in polyurethane foam, chemical formulation, R&D, QA/QC, or related manufacturing environment
- .Strong technical knowledge in polyurethane foam / PU foam is highly preferred
- .Experienced in handling raw material and finished product quality control
- .Familiar with testing parameters such as density, hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, elongation, compression set, bonding, aging, hydrolysis, and related foam quality standards
- .Hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with production
- .Able to communicate in English
