Responsibilities
- Design and develop new electrical and electronic components and systems for our air conditioning and home appliance products
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- Conduct technical analyses, simulations, and testing to validate design performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Document and communicate design specifications, technical reports, and project updates to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous product improvement
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, contributing to their professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders
- Proficient in CAD software, simulation tools, and product design methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
