Technical Engineer (Business Development Mechanical Staff)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Possess knowledge of Basic Mechanical Products, Basic Electrical Systems, and Basic Tooling.
• Understand specifications of: Infrastructure Fire Suppression & Fire Detection Systems, Mobile Equipment Fire Suppression Systems, Liquid Transfer & Filtration Systems
• Have skills in product development strategy.
• Able to read and create technical drawings.
• Have ability in drawing 3D/2D preferably in Pump & Material Dispensing

Job Description:

• Provide product education, market analysis, and marketing development support.
• Prepare supporting materials in a structured and systematic manner to improve understanding, expand market reach, and increase product sales effectiveness.
• Conduct internal product introductions and training for employees, covering theoretical concepts and product applications, to enhance technical and functional knowledge and support optimal operations and services.
• Identify and analyze new market segments relevant to product development to expand market coverage and ensure alignment with target market needs.
• Grow sales & accounts for pumps and flow meters by identifying opportunities, managing key customers, and closing deals
• Provide technical solution supported by selecting the right products for each application and delivering clear proposals/tender
• Coordinate delivery & after-sales including site support, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer retention (repeat orders)
