We are looking for...

Hopefully, you! We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Documentation & Design Specialist to join our Marketing team in Semarang. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality, on-brand technical documentation, ensure design excellence and technical accuracy while support the growth of CAD and technical resources as the product range expands. The Technical Documentation & Design Specialist will work closely with the GM Marketing in Australia and the local Indonesian team.

Technical Documentation & Design Specialist's key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documents, covering technical specifications, product testing data sheets, and installation guidelines
  • Work primarily in Adobe InDesign, applying brand templates, styles, and layout systems with precision
  • Ensure all documentation is visually refined, technically accurate, and easy to interpret for industry professionals
  • Update and manage version control of documentation as products evolve.
  • Produce vector drawings for walling installation details, flooring layouts and patterns, and diagrammatic construction sequences
  • Create clean, scalable technical linework suitable for print and digital use
  • Support the development of product knowledge resources and technical libraries
  • Focuses on creating and managing CAD drawings and technical assets for professional use

Requirements


We need you to bring...

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • A minimum of 3 years in technical documentation and graphic design for architectural or construction projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, particularly for long-form and template-driven documents
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (vector drawings, flooring patterns and walling layouts, also scaled technical linework)
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro (PDF review, markup, document compilation, and final quality assurance)
  • AutoCAD experience and familiarity with Yepsketch/Sketchup is a bonus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Detail-driven with a strong eye for layout and consistency
  • Able to balance aesthetic quality with technical accuracy
  • Curious and keen to grow deeper technical skills over time
