Job Description :

1.Manage and coordinate the project team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and address internal issues to enhance team productivity.

2.Engage directly with clients, including senior executives, to provide technical consultations, propose professional solutions, and address their specific requirements.

3.Organize and conduct site surveys, network assessments, and feasibility studies to ensure the technical and cost feasibility of integration solutions.

4.Oversee network deployment and configuration processes, optimize network performance post-integration, and resolve issues such as interference, latency, or coverage gaps.

5.Collaborate with R&D teams, vendors, and clients to tackle technical challenges and ensure the successful delivery of the project.

6.Prepare project-related documentation, including technical proposals, test reports, and project summaries, and provide regular updates to clients.

7.Stay updated on the latest wireless communication technologies and propose innovative improvements based on project needs.

8. Manage technical team.

Job Requirement:

1. Have Technical director work experiences(project scale should be more than 2000+ sites), ZTE/Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia work experiences are preferred.

2.Have minimum 10 years of experience in RF management experience, wireless communication projects, preferably dual-network merging project & 3 years of 5G management experience.

3.Proficient in wireless communication technologies (2G, 4G, 5G) and experienced in network planning, deployment, and optimization.

4.Strong team management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

5.Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with senior executives and addressing client needs. Can communicate with customer C level and maintain the relationship with customers.

6.Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
