Job Description

As a Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce (and broader SaaS/cloud) programs while ensuring technical excellence, architectural integrity, and delivery quality.

You act as a bridge between business stakeholders, architecture, and delivery teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and best-practice implementations across cloud platforms.

This role combines delivery leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement, with strong emphasis on end-to-end ownership (from presales through delivery). While Salesforce experience is valuable, candidates with strong SaaS and cloud delivery backgrounds are also highly relevant.

The role has exposure across Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, integrations, and emerging AI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of programs from presales, solutioning, proposal, kickoff, delivery, through invoicing and post-go-live support
  • Ensure commitments on scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk management are met across multiple workstreams
  • Lead delivery governance, status reporting, and escalation management
  • Manage multi-country or regional delivery programs when required
  • Drive structured delivery using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies

Presales & Solutioning

  • Partner with Sales teams during opportunity qualification, solutioning, and proposal development
  • Contribute to effort estimation, resource planning, and delivery strategy
  • Participate in client discussions, workshops, and RFP responses
  • Translate business requirements into scalable cloud-based solution approaches

Technical & Architectural Oversight

  • Ensure Salesforce solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with VISEO standards
  • Oversee solution architecture across Salesforce clouds and integrations (API, MuleSoft, middleware, third-party systems)
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and environment governance
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Review and validate technical designs, integration approaches, and deployment strategies

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly with business, technical, and executive audiences
  • Act as a primary escalation point for delivery and technical risks

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, coach, and mentor delivery teams (technical leads, developers, consultants)
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, upskilling, and certification of Salesforce resources
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with onshore, offshore, and multi-vendor teams

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 8–12+ years of experience in consulting or digital delivery roles
  • 6–10+ years of hands-on Salesforce program delivery experience
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations

Strong understanding of:

  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud
  • Integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, external systems)
  • Salesforce DevOps (Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, release management)
  • Solid background in project / delivery management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
  • Experience managing regional or multi-country delivery programs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
