Collaborate with application teams, project teams, business users, operations, and external vendors to support project delivery and application activities.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities across multiple stakeholders.
Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to project/application support.
Perform application monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue investigation.
Work closely with technical and business teams in fast-paced banking project environments.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience as Technical Delivery Manager, IT Application Specialist, or Technical Support Engineer, preferably in Banking or Fintech industries.
Hands-on experience in Internet Banking projects (web or mobile banking preferred).
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience handling Linux/Solaris environments.
Familiar with JBoss, Java 8 based applications, and Oracle Database.
Experience in troubleshooting and investigation for enterprise applications.
Good understanding of infrastructure, network, hardware, and application support.
Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and external stakeholders.
