Manage and coordinate end-to-end project delivery activities, ensuring projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and business requirements.
Collaborate with application teams, project teams, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external parties to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Track project progress, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of project-related challenges.
Facilitate communication and coordination among technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and requirements.
Support application and project delivery activities, including requirements gathering, development coordination, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related materials.
Ensure project activities comply with established processes, standards, and governance requirements
Proactively identify potential project risks and issues and work with relevant stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.
Support projects within the banking or financial services environment, particularly those involving core banking applications or systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, Application Delivery, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills.
Experience working on banking or financial institution projects is highly preferred.
Knowledge or experience with Core Banking systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and project activities effectively.
Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented working attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative approach.
