Key responsibilities:


Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.
Collaborate with Customer Support & Customer Success to handle occurring issues from clients product usage.
Handle clients problems regarding the technical aspects of the product.
Provide guidance to enhance clients product knowledge.

Requirements:


1+ years of experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
Accounting/Management Background and understanding of cloud software
Excellent knowledge of end-to-end CRM software.
Process-driven, empathetic, and a great communicator
Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative skills
Loves working with clients and thrives on customer satisfaction and loyalty
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to present to C-level executives
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Strong team player but still a self-starter
Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
Youre driven: No one needs to push you to excel; its just who you are
Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use
