Front Arena Technical Consultant (Techno-Functional)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front Arena Technical Consultant with strong techno-functional capabilities to support the design, development, implementation, and deployment of treasury and risk solutions. The role requires deep expertise in ADFL (Arena Data Feed Library), Python, data migration, and system infrastructure, along with close collaboration with functional and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Front Arena
- Develop and maintain ADFL-based data interfaces and integrations
- Build and support solutions using Python scripting
- Perform data migration activities
- Collaborate with functional teams to validate migrated data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements
- Identify and resolve data mapping and data quality issues
- Manage environment setup (DEV, UAT, PROD) and support infrastructure configuration
- Execute and support version upgrades, patch installations, and deployments
- Provide technical support during system upgrades and migration activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in professional services / consulting roles
- Strong experience with treasury and risk platforms such as:
- Expertise in ADFL and Python development
- Strong experience in data migration and reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with system infrastructure setup and deployment
- Understanding of front-to-back trading lifecycle and capital markets domain
- Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity bridging business and IT
