Technical Assistant / Workshop Assistant / Traction Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create an annual budget based on field conditions and the estimated treatment plan for the upcoming year.
• Develop monthly work plans and determine necessary materials based on the workshop program.
• Prepare daily work plans based on monthly plans and current operational needs.
• Submit monthly operational workshop fund plans.
• Schedule machine maintenance (SPM) based on working hours to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Coordinate foremen, mechanics, and clerks to implement daily work plans (RKH) according to targets.
• Ensure availability of labor, tools, and materials for all workshop activities.
• Organize the distribution of manpower, heavy equipment, and vehicles to optimize repair operations.
• Request and ensure timely availability of workshop materials in line with requirements.
• Monitor repairs conducted by third-party technicians, ensuring equipment is operable after repair.
• Ensure accuracy of spare parts repaired or replaced by third parties, and manage returns according to company policy.
