Job Description Summary – Technical Advisor
- Develop Technical Competency Conduct technical training, coaching, and mentoring for Field Service Engineers and Workshop Engineers to enhance technical competency, troubleshooting capability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Provide Technical Oversight and Operational Improvement Review daily Field Service and Workshop operations, provide technical guidance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend best practices to enhance quality, productivity, reliability, and safety.
- Technical Consultation and Complex Problem Solving Serve as the technical advisor for complex rotating equipment issues, including root cause analysis (RCA), major overhauls, equipment assessments, repair methodologies, engineering reviews, and technical support for critical customer projects.
