Working Location: Jakarta (Hybrid, Virtual Office)
Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing all pre-sales projects that are customer's related, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring all processes of the customer's requirement run smoothly and meet expectations.
- Acting as a communication bridge between Sales and Engineering Team.
- Conducting technical assessment of the customer's infrastructure.
- Leading kick-off meeting and tracking ongoing client-related projects up to finishing and documentation.
- Creating cloud topology and architecture solution to be converted into project.
- Preparing comprehensive reports on the progress of all assigned projects.
- Continuously learning and staying updated on new technology related to cloud and virtualization management, migration, and deployment.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in IT (including Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information System)
- Direct or hands-on experience in designing technical project (application or cloud migration project)
- Experience in delivering multi-solution and multi-products
- Excellent project management capabilities and strong consultative communication skills
- Experienced in roles as Technical Sales, Presales r, Engineer, Solution Architect, or IT Consultant
- Experienced in IT industries such as Cloud provider, System integrator, IT infrastructure consulting
- Familiar and experienced handling IT assessment, IT topology drafting, solution formulation
- Proficiency in Linux and Microsoft Operating System
- Deployment and management experience with GCP/AWS/Alibaba Cloud
- Hypervisor (Hyper-V, VMWare, Proxmox, XenServer, Linux KVM, Virtual Box)
- Hosting area (platform management, domain, and migration)
- Data center area (technical, remote hand, monitoring)
- Experience in opensource cloud computing infrastructure
