Job Summary**
Responsible for the operation and basic maintenance of technical equipment within the Hatchery Commercial (HC) division at the BD Masilam facility, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
Job Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor various technical equipment and machinery within the hatchery, including incubators, hatchers, ventilation systems, and climate control units.
- Perform routine checks, inspections, and basic troubleshooting of equipment to identify and address minor malfunctions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled, such as cleaning, lubrication, and filter changes.
- Record operational data, equipment parameters, and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
- Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times.
- Report any significant equipment issues or breakdowns to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the technical areas of the hatchery.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Job Qualifications**
- Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in operating and maintaining technical machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural setting.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, and automation principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to flexible working hours as required by hatchery operations.
- Physically fit and able to perform duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Minimal lulusan SMK jurusan Teknik Elektro, Mekanik, atau Mekatronika.
- Pengalaman sebelumnya (1-2 tahun) dalam mengoperasikan dan merawat mesin teknis, lebih bagus kalau pernah di manufaktur atau pertanian.
- Paham dasar sistem kelistrikan, komponen mekanik, dan prinsip otomatisasi. * Bisa baca dan ngerti buku manual serta diagram teknis.
- Detail-oriented dan pinter nyelesain masalah.
- Komunikasinya oke dan bisa kerja bareng tim dengan baik.
- Siap kerja shift dan fleksibel sama jam kerja sesuai kebutuhan operasional penetasan.
- Fisik fit dan siap untuk tugas yang mungkin butuh angkat, membungkuk, atau berdiri lama
