You are
- Organised, you prioritise your tasks efficiently and reduce response times.

You will
- Be responsible for the operation of the resort&aposs equipment, materials and infrastructure (300 to 1500 people)
- Supervise a team of technicians and subcontractors of around 20 people
- Manage preventive and curative operations for equipment and propose technical improvements or solutions
- Evaluate the costs of maintenance work and be responsible for the validation and qualification procedures for equipment
- Prevent operating incidents and monitor technology
- Manage your budget and guarantee the economic results of the service
- Apply and respect Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort&aposs assets
- Maintain good relations with the authorities, owners, safety commissions
- Unite and motivate the teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
