Job Description:
As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, you will assist clients with integrating and troubleshooting our APIs. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with API integration, providing support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API usage, data discrepancies, and system bugs.
  • Document client issues and feedback for continuous improvement of our API products.
  • Create and maintain detailed guides and FAQs for our API documentation.
  • Work closely with the development team to relay feedback from clients and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor API systems for performance issues and report any critical incidents to the development team.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willing to work under contract for 6 months.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-first attitude with an emphasis on empathy and professionalism.
