Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based for a Tech Recruiter. The Tech Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent. Responsibilities include assessing role requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and building strong candidate pipelines. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet talent acquisition goals and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Experience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for various roles
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ability to build and maintain candidate and stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
• Relevant experience in recruiting within the IT/technology sector
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
