Technical Competencies :
- Min. 3 years of experience as a recruiter/headhunter, with experience recruiting roles within the technology, consulting, or innovation ecosystem, including business and commercial functions.
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment and active sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, networking).
- Strong understanding of business needs and hiring manager expectations.
- Able to work with targets, deadlines, and high-quality hiring standards.
- Excellent communication skills, self-driven, well-organized, and able to maintain candidate data confidentiality.
Main Activites:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing and sourcing to candidate shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
- Understand hiring needs, role requirements, and success criteria by working closely with hiring managers.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure quality, relevance, and cultural fit.
- Track recruitment progress and deliver candidates within agreed timelines and targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain strict confidentiality of candidate data.
