Tech Lead - Software Engineer

Job Description

• Create new programs and modification as required by the business unit;
• Prepare system solution on root cause as preventive action;
• Create all necessary program documentation based on CMMI standards;
• Perform 24 hours to support the investigation and recovery of production problems that involve application failure;
• Prepares progress reports for all work performed

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree majoring in Information Technology or related
• Min 8 year as an IT Application Programmer or Software Engineer
• Proven track record leading engineering teams
• Strong hands-on technical and architectural skills
• Experience with large-scale, distributed systems
• Comfortable in AWS/cloud-native environments
• Able to translate business needs into pragmatic tech decisions
• Strong ownership and delivery discipline
• Passionate in coding and product development with Languages: Rust (Axum), React, MySQL-compatible database, AWS
