Elice Inc. (https://elice.io/en) is a company in the education technology and IT services sector. For the education technology sector, this includes: educational workshops and bootcamps, AI system integration. Meanwhile for IT services, this includes cloud computing services.
The division for global business expansion is currently hiring for Tech Business Developer role within its team. We are seeking a talented Tech Business Developer with strong business research and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Opportunity Development
- Research and identify relevant B2G/B2B opportunities (grants/tenders) related to education, training, and digital transformation.
- Support proposal writing, partnership development, and tender submission processes.
2. Educational program management and program development
- Coordinate and deliver successful educational bootcamp and workshop with B2G and B2B clients
- Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure excellent workshop and bootcamp execution
- Recruit the workforce for the operation of the educational bootcamps and workshops conducted by Elice
Qualifications (Required)
- Excellent research skills with persistence in gathering and analyzing necessary information.
- Strong English proficiency and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with Elice headquarters.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Education, International Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, education, career services, or business development.
- Experience with government tenders, grant proposals, or industry partnerships.
- Knowledge of public sector funding processes.
- Can communicate well in verbal and written Korean language
Employment Details
- Employment Period: The work contract is effective from the commencement of employment until 31 October 2026, with 3 months probation
- For Tech Business Developer with hybrid work arrangement, it requires them to work onsite for certain time period and then they can work remotely for the other time periods.
- Meanwhile, for Tech Business Developer with full remote work arrangement, they can work remotely on all time
