Open Position: Team Leader Trade Finance 1

About the Role

As Team Leader Trade Finance 1, you will lead the development of digital trade finance services, focusing on LC Import and LC Export. You will identify customer needs, analyze business processes, and support the digitalization of trade finance services to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will work closely with product, operations, and IT teams to develop solutions, prepare business and functional requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will also monitor product usage, conduct benchmarking, and support the adoption of digital solutions across customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify customer needs related to digital trade finance services, specifically LC Import and LC Export on the QLOLA platform.
  2. Support the development of digital trade finance solutions to facilitate submission, monitoring, and transaction management processes for customers.
  3. Conduct business process analysis for trade finance to support the digitalization of LC Import and LC Export processes.
  4. Collaborate with product development, trade operations, and IT teams in the development of digital trade finance features on the QLOLA platform.
  5. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements for digital trade finance development.
  6. Perform benchmarking of digital trade finance services against peer banks as references for product development.
  7. Monitor and evaluate customer usage of digital trade finance services.
  8. Support the development of educational materials and the socialization of digital trade finance features to customers and internal business units.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Finance, Management, Banking, or other relevant fields.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in trade finance.
  3. Strong understanding of trade finance products and components, such as Letter of Credit (LC), SKBDN, bank guarantees, and other trade services.
  4. Good knowledge of LC Import and LC Export business processes, including document flow and trade finance transactions.
  5. Strong interest in the development of digital trade finance services and corporate banking platforms.
  6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs related to trade finance services.
  7. Excellent communication and coordination skills with business units, trade operations, product development, and IT teams.
  8. Experience in business requirements analysis and preparation of functional requirements for digital trade finance development.
