Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Team Leader – Sales to lead our Telesales Marketing / Loyalty Sales Consultant team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales consultants to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a competitive market
- Drive and sustain high sales performance while adapting to changing market conditions and customer expectations
- Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and improvement plans
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing real-time coaching to improve results and call quality
- Ensure all sales calls meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, techniques, and team effectiveness
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or telesales environment, with prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong coaching, people management, and performance management skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and performance data
- Experience in call quality monitoring, compliance, and sales process improvement
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills, including handling escalated customer concerns
