Job Description

  • Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) team in monitoring quality processes and delivering actionable feedback
  • Design and implement sampling strategies to ensure accurate and representative quality assessments
  • Organize sample distribution and track evaluation completion in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Guide and mentor QA team members on evaluation methods and effective feedback delivery
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders, Trainers, and other key stakeholders to address quality-related matters
  • Oversee QA team performance and produce regular reports on evaluation outcomes and feedback impact
  • Support the creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and initiatives to enhance service quality

Requirements

  • Min. S1 from all major
  • Min. 2 years as a Quality Assurance or Trainer
  • Min. 1 year as a Team Leader
  • Good communication, intrapersonal and team management skill
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skill
  • Technical Competencies : Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
