Key Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor property management staff
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, safe, and comply with company standards.
- Maintain a good relationship with property owners and hotel/property staff.
- Analyze business performance and coordinate with property owners on long-term goals.
- Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Managements, Business Management, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Have experience in Account Executive, Account Manager, Relationship Customer and related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with local property laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements will be point plus
