Open Position: Team Leader Product Research
About the Role
As Team Leader Product Research, you will lead the analysis of digital wholesale banking product performance by monitoring key metrics such as transaction volume, customer growth, and product utilization. You will be responsible for preparing periodic performance reports, generating data-driven insights, and identifying opportunities for product enhancement and business growth.
You will also conduct benchmarking against industry best practices, support the development of performance monitoring dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and digital adoption—to ensure effective implementation of insights and alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular analysis of wholesale business performance, including customer growth, transaction volume, and utilization of digital products.
- Prepare weekly and periodic reports on the performance of digital wholesale banking products.
- Perform data analysis to identify product usage trends, opportunities for feature enhancement, and potential development of new products.
- Generate and deliver data-driven insights to support product development and business decision-making.
- Conduct benchmarking of digital banking products against industry peers and best practices to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the product development process through data provision, market insights, and customer needs analysis.
- Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards for digital wholesale banking products to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product research, data management, product strategy, or digital banking/fintech.
- Proven experience in conducting market research, user research, and feasibility/business case analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products, including API/Open Banking and banking ecosystems.
- Ability to translate research insights into strategic recommendations and product roadmaps.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, product usage, and business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset.
