Role Responsibilities

Master File Administration


  • Ensure account opening/update/closure are processed in timely manner.

  • Ensure other instructions from clients or internal counterparts e.g. blocking/unblocking, setting up bidding limit, etc. are processed accordingly.

  • Ensure that database in TP systems and depository systems for clients and non-clients are updated.

  • Ensure correct market price for local equities at month end position is updated in Seccure system.

  • Ensure physical certificates are properly stored in the vault.

  • Ensure access to vault is only by authorized persons. Access by unatuhorized persons should be approved by Department Head.

  • Ensure security measures for vault is in place.

  • Ensure time deposit bilyet/advices are properly stored.

  • Ensure that archives are stored in good order either in office or warehouse.


Generic

  • Respond to inquiries from clients/regulators/internal business partners in timely manner.

  • Comply with all internal policies and procedures.

  • Comply with all local relevant regulations.

  • Complete work activities properly and in timely manner.

  • Complete mandatory activities in timely manner.

  • Escalate issues to line manager, department head and relevant parties.

  • Follow up outstanding issues on regular basis.

  • Promote a robust risk and compliance culture and embed proper self-assessment checks.

  • Improve or streamline current process to reach increased productivity.

  • Complete ad-hoc assignments properly and in timely manner.

  • Apply &ldquogo green initiatives and use office resources reasonably.

  • Implementation of at least 3 ideas/initiatives (A3) to increase productivity and efficiency.

Our Ideal Candidate


  • Indonesia Banking Risk Management certification Level 1.

  • Work experience in Custodian Bank or Capital Market industry is a plus point.
