Team Leader – E-Commerce Client

Location: Lippo Mall Kuta, Bali

TP Indonesia is currently looking for experienced Team Lead to join our E-Commerce Client team in Bali, Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the customer service team, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, handling escalations, and ensuring the team meets operational and service quality targets for a global e-commerce client.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major

• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)

• Previous experience in Team Lead

• Familiar with E-Commerce industry

• Willing to work in shifts

• Willing to work fully on-site in Bali
