Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for and reporting to the Head of the Digital Business regarding the management of business activities and projects handled.
  • Conducting analysis of customers specific needs and business requirements to provide appropriate banking solutions.
  • Developing business concepts and cooperation programs with business partners, both regular and seasonal, and fostering good relationships with these partners.
  • Building, developing, and managing collaborations with existing and potential business partners that can support the Bank's business growth.
  • Increasing transaction volume growth and profitability for every banking product, service, and solution.
  • Managing the existing customer portfolio to support the achievement of the Bank's targets. Preparing and providing business progress reports for the Bank.
  • Conducting evaluations and reporting on the implementation of business acquisition and development programs, as well as performing necessary follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with supporting units (such as Legal, Risk, and Compliance) in drafting cooperation agreements with business partners, including the required assessments.
  • Coordinating with other work units, including Growth & Acquisition and Marketing Communication, in developing marketing strategies for funding products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business/finance/marketing/management or related field.
  • Having the working experience for +5 years in Digital Business/Banking, BD, or Partnerships.
  • Strong business analysis and project management; proven partner management.
  • Knowledge of banking products, digital ecosystems, and regulatory touchpoints (Legal/Risk/Compliance).
  • Skilled in proposals, partnership decks, and business reporting; data-driven with KPI orientation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management; proactive, target-driven, and agile.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and resultoriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to market movement and fastpaced business environments.
  • Willingness to continuously develop processes, tools, and team capabilities to optimize business development workflow.
  • Proficient in office productivity tools; CRM/analytics a plus; fluent in English & Indonesian.
