As An Team Leader BA (Bali Nusra), You Will
- Monitor dan track daily sales performance (Sell-In & Sell-Out) of Brand Ambassadors, including validation via phone calls.
- Analyze performance of underachieving Brand Ambassadors both briefly and in detail.
- Monitor and maintain stock availability in stores and ensure the consistency of Visual Merchandisong in all outlets.
- Train and develop the Brand Ambassador team in selling skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader Beauty Advisor
- Proficient in MS Office and good understanding of personal grooming standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Familiarity with the assigned area coverage
- Proven sales target achievement
- Ability to work under pressure and travel as required
- Domiciled in Bandung or willing to be based in Bali.
- Valid driver's license (SIM A/C)
