Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of 3-5 sales professionals

- Drive the teams performance to meet and exceed sales targets
- Implement sales strategies and ensure adherence to company standards
- Conduct regular training sessions and meetings to boost team performance and morale
- Collaborate closely with upper management to align team activities with organizational objectives
- Generate and analyze reports on sales activities and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead and Sales Manager, preferably managing teams of similar size
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership, motivational, and management skills
- Prior experience in the FinTech industry will be considered a significant advantage
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and meet challenging targets
