Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, monitor, and improve sales team performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and team sales plans
  • Set sales targets and monitor team achievements
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline and forecasting
  • Support the team in presentations, negotiations, and deal closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, principals, and distributors
  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs within the FSI sector
  • Oversee tender, proposal, and contract processes
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and sales policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant major (IT or business development)
  • 12 years experience as a Sales Lead / Team Leader, preferably in IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions sales
  • Proven experience handling Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts and Enttrrise Accounts
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business understanding and decision-making capability
