Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Content Moderator Team Leader to join our Ecommerce team in Yogyakarta. As a Team Leader, you will oversee the moderation of user-generated content across ecommerce platforms, ensuring that content complies with company policies and community guidelines while maintaining a safe and positive online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support a team of content moderators responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content across ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure the team consistently meets content moderation standards, policies, and performance targets.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve team performance, quality of work, and knowledge of moderation policies.
- Manage and resolve escalated content moderation issues, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Report regularly on team performance, trends, and issues to management.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., legal, compliance, customer support) to resolve complex content-related issues.
- Implement and maintain processes to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of content moderation.
- Foster a positive team culture by encouraging collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and contribute to process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in content moderation or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of content moderation policies and best practices, preferably in the ecommerce or social media industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated situations effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using moderation tools and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ecommerce content moderation is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to content moderation.
