Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in Bali, Indonesia. The Teaching Assistant will support lead teachers in planning and implementing educational activities, assisting in classroom management, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for children. Responsibilities include helping with lesson planning, guiding children during activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The candidate will also collaborate with other staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the program and support the holistic development of the children.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Assistant Teaching and collaborating effectively with lead educators
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Background in Education and knowledge of child development practices
  • Competence in basic Mathematics to support age-appropriate learning
  • Experience and comfort working with children in an educational or caregiving setting
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic learning environment and provide personalized support
  • Passion for child development and an interest in nature-based and Reggio Emilia-inspired learning
  • Certification or training in early childhood education is an advantage
